If a portion of the showcase is completed, refunds will be determined based on the circumstances and amount of the event completed.

If the showcase cannot be held because of severe weather or another uncontrollable circumstance, TSS may offer a rescheduled event, event credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

College coach participation is subject to availability and may change because of recruiting calendars, team schedules, NCAA rules, emergencies, or other circumstances.

TSS does not guarantee that any specific college, coach, program, division, or school will attend the showcase.

A college or coach being listed as attending, invited, or expected to attend does not constitute a guarantee of participation.
